- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I talked to speak to dr. evolve today and the reception Jenn refused to allow me to speak to him or give him a message give him a message because he was not my dentist dr. Patel was my dentist. dr. Patel the broken pieces of teeth still in my mouth after pulling my top teeth. I tried telling him I was feeling pain he called me a liar and said I was feeling pressure not pain but I was crying the whole time they did my mouth. the only thing that was numb with my nose and my lips. I tried calling the office to talk to dr. Leon evil and they refused to let me talk to him about the complaints I have for their staff and I was called a liar by the receptionist. The crazy thing is I have the whole procedure thing voice recorded on my cell phone and you can here me crying and asking them to stop. Oh I forgot to mention he left broken pieces of teeth in my mouth. For the record this was not Dr. Evalt who did any of this it wads Dr (lmao dr) pathel.August 28, 2017by Jenn Rafferty
